Shipping
After your payment is verified, we start working on your order immediately. It usually takes 1-3 days to process and ship your order.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8-12 days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam folder and add support@maisondamber.com to your safe sender list. You can also track your order status by visiting the Track your order page.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address for your order once the order has gone through.
Packages are rarely lost; however, if a parcel does not arrive, please contact the carrier to resolve the issue. Maison d'Amber is not responsible for the cost of any return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost and/or misdelivered packages.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges incurred through shipping. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Order information
We are sorry to hear that your order was canceled. Please email customer service to resolve any issues with your order, and we’ll try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We are sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind. You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. Once the order ships however, we cannot make any changes. We recommend you cancel your order by contacting customer service. However, while we will do our best to help you cancel your order, we cannot guarantee customer service can process your request before the order ships.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the items in an order once it has been shipped. However, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to check if adjustments can still be made.

You will receive a shipping email as soon as we dispatch your parcel. If you haven’t received an email from us, please be sure to check your junk mailbox. If you do not see any tracking details 72-hours after placing an order, please contact our customer service.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@maisondamber.com with a detailed description of the issue and clear photos or videos of the damage or defective item. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items and arrange a replacement after inspection.
The following situations are not considered quality issues:
- Loose threads, rough edges, texture differences, or slight color variations due to screen settings.
- Returns based on style, color, or personal preferences.
- Damage caused by use, washing, or self-repairs.
By providing the required information promptly, we can assist you in finding an appropriate solution.
Returns/refunds
We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your items. You can request a return via email within 30 days after receiving your order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple orders into one return package at this time.
Please note: If you decide to return multiple orders in one package, we cannot guarantee that the returns will be processed correctly. This may result in delays or, in some cases, the refund for certain items not being issued.

We want to ensure that every customer finds the perfect item in the perfect size. If you have questions about sizing, please refer to the size guide on our product pages for general information. If you still have specific questions about the fit of an item or need guidance on measurements, feel free to contact our customer service team.
